News about some Indiana drivers going to run SCRA at MANZY Feb 5&6. Derek Davidson will drive the car Jermey Sherman ran last year. Kevin Doty in the DAve Ellis house car, Dave DArland in Harlan Willis second car. Tony Elliott is calling looking for a ride. Brian Tyler has order 5 Hooosier tire to be shipped to his Indiana shop from Az RAce MArt. So looks like a few guys are head west to run SCRA. With threats made to drivers running the SCRA races in the midwest losing their tire deals this all seems strange that they can run out west but can't run SCRA when they come back here for the World Championship Tour.
What's everybody think about this???

Thanks for the info about who is heading west. I live in phoenix and was wondering what mid west drivers were going to race at Manzy. As far as the tire rule goes,I do not know enough about the situation to comment on it.

I think that the Non Wing World Series is gaining enough momentum that one person is not going to goof this up. This is something very rare in motorsports: We have some parties working together on something positive instead of working against eachothers. And in a society where my generation and brought back the 60's, 70's, and now the 20's, I think a little old school sprint car racing on a national scale is going to go a long way in the next few years.
