John Menards injunction against Tony Stewart for participating with his own team in this years 500 is unacceptable in the racing community. I'm requesting that all racing fans show there strenght and numbers by refusing to shop at any Menards Home Inprovement Centers. He has no sponsor for another car nor a crew, could it be that Home Depot is a rival bussness? What a sore loser!

Re you message about Tony and Menard...first of all Menard can not stop Tony from racing at Indy...they call it restraint of income...so he will be there, probably with 20 lawyers. Menard is pissed mostly because Tony is now sponsored by Home Depot in WC...who compete with Menard...In general Indy car racing is on the way out...it has been since Jimmy Clark came from England and waxed the US drivers with a rear engine car ! I have been around the sport for 40 years and write for a national weekly auto race paper...trust me it ain't gonna' get any better with the Indy cars...Hope your guy T/S gets second to my guy Jack Hewitt in the Indy 500 this May....Best wishes

A Judge has denied John Menards bid for a permenant injuction to keep Tony from running his own car with Home Depot as a sponsor at this years Indy 500. Case closed. Go Tony!
